From the perspective of physical structure, the following are common household photovoltaic storage and charging system solutions: 


① Method 1: The household charging box communicates with the photovoltaic system and operates as part of the photovoltaic storage system. In this way, the entire new energy system is better integrated, and the balance between self-generation and self-use of new energy and the charging needs of the car can be achieved to the greatest extent. For example, in non-emergency situations, the photovoltaic power generation can be used to supply power to other household loads first, and the excess photovoltaic power can be used to charge electric vehicles, or the charging power of electric vehicles can be adjusted according to the actual capacity of the energy storage system. In this way, the entire new energy system is better integrated, and the balance between self-generation and self-use of new energy and the charging needs of the car can be achieved to the greatest extent.


② Method 2: The household EV charging equipment exists independently. The charging system detects the buying and selling of electricity on the grid to control the charging power of the car. The charging equipment is equipped with an electric meter or current sensor to detect the upstream and downstream currents of the grid and control the real-time charging power of the car. In this system environment, the charging equipment is used as a common load, and the charging logic is configured through the communication between the smart APP and the charging equipment. The development of the charging system is relatively simple and independent. However, this system cannot fully interact with the photovoltaic storage system. For example, the charging power cannot be flexibly controlled according to the photovoltaic conditions or the battery conditions, and can only be controlled according to the needs of the electric vehicle itself or the maximum current of the grid-side bus.
